The goal of this project is to enhance the visitor and tenant arrival experience. Incorporating a modern and open architectural connection between the leasing center and amenity building will also act as an inviting and prominent gateway entrance to the property. The interior of both the leasing center and amenity building will be fully renovated, introducing modern amenity spaces that will offer the tenants a unique experience.
