Bracco
Bracco saw its relocation as a chance to build a headquarters that reflects both precision and responsibility. The new workplace was designed to achieve LEED v4 ID+C certification by prioritizing high-impact, sustainable moves, bringing daylight deeper into the floorplate, specifying highly efficient systems and materials, prioritizing indoor air quality, and creating an efficient layout that supports how people work without wasting space or resources.
The plan shifts away from an office-heavy model, placing open workstations along the perimeter so natural light reaches more employees throughout the day. Teams are organized into clear neighborhoods, with a purposeful flow between quiet focus zones and collaborative spaces. Conference rooms, phone booths, and informal lounges give staff options, reducing the need for oversized, single-purpose areas and supporting a more adaptable, lower-impact workplace. The result is a headquarters that feels bright, composed, and future-ready. Sustainability is not a feature. It is built into the way Bracco connects, collaborates, and grows.
