The plan shifts away from an office-heavy model, placing open workstations along the perimeter so natural light reaches more employees throughout the day. Teams are organized into clear neighborhoods, with a purposeful flow between quiet focus zones and collaborative spaces. Conference rooms, phone booths, and informal lounges give staff options, reducing the need for oversized, single-purpose areas and supporting a more adaptable, lower-impact workplace.
