Royal Paper’s rich history included occupying the same facility since their inception in 1949. Their new 170,000 SF headquarters needed to bring some of that past with them. D2 helped the owner/operator company design a modern office and distribution center unique to the local area while nodding to their beginnings with the re-creation of a brick signage wall from their original home. The multi-level tilt-wall constructed headquarters includes high-bay rack storage, light manufacturing, and a 32′ clear height.
