To remain competitive in their market sector, MFI needed to think big. D2 worked closely with the client team, designing a new warehouse distribution center to accommodate MFI’s unique needs. At an astonishing 45’ clear height, the warehouse is designed to be fully racked with rubber tires requiring a modified ESFR fire suppression system, including in-rack suppression, due to the robust clear height of the building. The tilt– wall construction building includes 8,500 SF of office space.
