Arborcrest V is not your mother’s suburban office building. New York investor Spear Street Capital purchased the outdated Arborcrest office park with the intent to breathe new life into the Blue Bell office market. To match their investment portfolio, primarily in New York and California, Spear Street tasked D2 with creating a cutting-edge, urban environment for the five building office campus—a bit of suburban disruption. Arborcrest V houses the amenities and sets the tone for the rest of the campus: simple, youthful, healthy, tech-oriented, bold.
