Our firm-wide success can be attributed to our service first approach and constant pursuit of simplicity in our process – making Landlord Planning a natural growth area for our team. 

Today, we are thrilled to welcome Karen Loveland-Pascucci to the team! Karen will be joining us as a Senior Project Manager, leading our Tenant and Landlord Planning teams as we continue to grow our portfolio in the Center City market. With over 30 years of experience, and most recently a decade with SSH Real Estate, Karen will elevate our ability to deliver highly successful projects with efficiency and technical precision. Her expertise, existing tenant and contractor relationships, and her intimate knowledge of downtown corporate real estate, brings an immeasurable value to our team. In addition to further establishing a Center City presence for D2, she’ll be providing training, mentorship, and technical advancement within the Corporate Interior Design studio!

Karen has a hands-on approach and adds to D2’s proven building planning relationships with landlords across the region including Equus Capital Partners, KBS, Alliance, Rubenstein Partners, Redgo, Spear Street Capital, Pembroke, Hankin Group, SSH Real Estate, ASI Management, Allan Domb Real Estate, Triple Net Properties, Keystone Property Group, Brandywine, CBRE, MS Fox Real Estate, JLL, REIT Management, Geis Realty, Cushman Wakefield, and Colliers. She is supported by a design team selected for their pragmatic approach, process efficiency, client engagement, and understanding of the financial aspects of a real estate deal.
