Erica brings over 10 years of experience delivering complex healthcare environments, with a focus on primary care, outpatient facilities, specialty clinics, and hospital renovations. Her work spans both large-scale, multi-site healthcare programs and highly technical renovations within active medical campuses, supporting D2’s continued investment in healthcare as a core market sector.

Throughout her career, Erica has partnered closely with health systems and project teams to guide projects through planning, regulatory approvals, and execution. Her experience includes national primary care clinic rollouts, ambulatory surgery center assessments and renovations, and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient upgrades.

Select project experience includes Oak Street Health’s portfolio of more than 300 primary care clinics, multiple renovation projects for Virtua Health, specialty pharmacy expansions for Penn Medicine and AtlantiCare, and clinical renovations for Jefferson Health, Cooper University Health Care, Nemours Children’s Health, and Inspira Health Network.
