Exciting news — we’re welcoming three new team members to the D2 family! Hayley, Ryan, and Andrew each bring their own unique skills and enthusiasm to the team. As our team grows, so does our ability to deliver even stronger designs, smarter solutions, and better spaces for our clients. With fresh perspectives and deep technical expertise, they help us push creative boundaries and refine the way we deliver thoughtful, high-impact environments. Let’s get to know them!

HAYLEY VENEZIA

With nearly a decade of interior design experience, Hayley specializes in creating corporate and hospitality spaces that feel as good as they look. She’s a proud grad with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and is currently working on her NCIDQ certification to further refine her expertise.

Hayley finds inspiration in biophilic design, integrating natural elements to promote well-being and tranquility. Whether creating productive workspaces or welcoming hospitality destinations, she thrives on designing spaces where people can flourish.

Outside of work, Hayley loves exploring Phoenixville with her husband, baby daughter, and their pup. She’s always on the lookout for the best local restaurants, and we can’t wait to see how her creativity shines at D2!

RYAN LAYDEN

Ryan has been fascinated by how things work since his LEGO-building days. With 1.5 years of hands-on mechanical design experience through Drexel University’s Co-Op Program, he’s now working toward his EIT certification and is eager to dive into new challenges with the D2 team.

“D2 is a great fit for me—I’ve felt right at home since day one. The studio’s welcoming culture has motivated me to continue growing as an engineer.”

When he’s not solving complex design problems, Ryan’s on the move, staying active with skiing, sports, music, or indulging his passion for cars. With his enthusiasm for innovation and teamwork, we’re excited to have him on board!

ANDREW SCHEETZ

A familiar face at D2, Andrew is a former co-op who has returned to the team with three years of professional experience. He holds a Master of Science in Interior Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Drexel University, along with an Associate of Fine Arts from Montgomery County Community College.

His expertise spans corporate, hospitality, and residential design, with a focus on modern, contemporary, and industrial aesthetics. Andrew believes in creating spaces that tell a story and leave a lasting impression.

“After interning at D2, I knew I wanted to come back and embed roots here. I’m excited to build on the team’s incredible talent and continue learning every day!”

Beyond design, Andrew has a range of unique interests—from cryptocurrency research to tornado tracking and music production. He’s always exploring new ideas, and we’re thrilled to have him back in the studio.
