If you’re a developer, it’s all about featuring your tenants. For the repositioning project at 510 Township Line Road, the exterior reskin and creation of central amenity spaces puts tenants at the forefront. Sleek exterior cladding updates the building façade, while providing a clean backdrop for tenant signage. Anchor tenant suites and amenity spaces are situated around an “interior street” that promotes connectivity and encourages public interaction. The design strategy was to create a rhythm through the space as you walk down the “street”; patterns are repeated with a play of neutral tones and accented verticals, punctuated by featured entry pieces that highlight a contemporary aesthetic. Inspiration for the branding draws on the local geography and history of Blue Bell, and incorporates bold pops of color.
