At 518 Township Line Road, the developer’s main goal was to attract businesses in Philadelphia who are looking to take root in the ever-growing suburbs. D2 created brand new amenity spaces at the Blue Bell office building including conferencing, vending, a café counter, and a fitness center with urban design inspiration. Raw materials–wood, concrete, coarse fabric wallcoverings–complement sleek modern fixtures and bold pops of color for an industrial vibe, bringing the city to the suburbs.
