Law firms remain one of the most hierarchical industries out there, but Pond Lehocky wanted to create an office environment that felt sophisticated, fun, and energetic for all of its employees. Bright accent colors break up some of the more neutral tones of the furniture and carpets in the open office areas. Partner offices have unique furnishings. The design focuses on areas of relief for young employees, since the industry tends to be stressful and competitive; yet Pond Lehocky’s primary conference and reception area maintains a refined, modern look that makes clients feel comfortable and at ease. D2 designed a next-level office for a forward-thinking law firm—one that suits the needs of employees and clients both.
