Adapthealth

AdaptHealth set out to unify multiple offices into a single headquarters that could match the pace and personality of its bold, fast-growing brand. The goal: to create a vibrant, flexible hub that would foster connection, support daily collaboration, and energize a national sales team. Their former headquarters had reached its limit, both in function and feel, prompting a search for a new home with easy access to transit, hotels, and modern amenities. That connectivity was essential for welcoming a mobile sales force and hosting key company-wide gatherings.

They landed on a centrally located industrial suite full of character, but not without its challenges. While the location offered strategic advantages, the space needed a complete transformation to reflect AdaptHealth’s inviting culture and operational needs. The design approach focused on amplifying light, openness, and flow. Perimeter workstations allow daylight to filter through glass-fronted offices, creating a bright, connected atmosphere despite the building’s limited windows. A reduced number of enclosed offices made way for more shared workstations and communal zones. Warm wood accents and playful graphics softened the industrial shell, while a central lunchroom was intentionally placed near building amenities including a gym, game room, and conference centers. This strengthened the sense of hospitality and extended the utility of the larger campus.

Branding plays a central role, from custom murals to curated artwork that celebrates both AdaptHealth’s people and products. A showpiece boardroom mural proudly nods to the company’s Philadelphia roots.

The new headquarters is a true reflection of who AdaptHealth is: modern, spirited, and built for what’s next. By leaning into thoughtful design and strategic planning, they turned a raw industrial shell into a workplace that unites and inspires sales teams, strengthens culture, and amplifies the energy behind their brand.
