A stabilized brown-field in the heart of Elizabeth, NJ’s industrial park was the site of Clarion Partner’s newest development. D2 worked with Clarion to design a 277,000 SF LEED- Silver facility. A cross-docked space constructed with structural steel framing and tilt-wall panels, the building features an innovative use of an applied aluminum curtainwall system and formliner accent panels.
