JLL + Rubenstein teamed with D2 to develop the Brand Identity, Interior Design, and Environmental Graphic Design for their newest coworking location. FLEX offers a dynamic environment that incubates startups and small businesses at a location positioned in the heart of the Chesterbrook corporate campus – giving coworking tenants access to a broader network and the ability to scale in place. The co-working suite shares an aesthetic with the Chesterbrook brand and sits atop its 20,000 square foot amenity offering, creating a greater relationship between the co-working tenants and the campus at large. The design strategy incorporates modular design, with infrastructure ready for tenant expansion and maximum adaptability allowing FLEX and their tenants to grow with ease.
