Expanding into new geographic markets, Ilera wanted to establish design standards for their dispensaries, while complying with unique state regulations for the sale of medical marijuana. D2 studied the flow of Ilera’s business and created a prototype design for their retail and office spaces, establishing finish and branding standards that can be adapted to their future locations. Their latest location in Phillipsburg, PA included the adaptive reuse of a distinctive former bank building overlooking the Delaware River.
