JLL tasked D2 with designing a new suburban workplace that reflects its forward-thinking culture and enables its teams to come together in-person and virtually. With flexibility and collaboration as top drivers, the design provides the hybrid workforce the choice of working in open areas – zoned as focus or collaborative – or in buffered social spaces. Wellbeing and sustainability are integral to the design and the space is planned to meet LEED Gold Standards. Workstations are complemented by a multipurpose hub which houses gaming areas, a kitchen with a 16-person island and kombucha on tap, displays with integrated A/V,  and a lounge. Working with JLL’s national design standards, the aesthetics are warm and bright, accented with industrial and sharp elements. Branding in reception and along interior glass give nod to the company’s logo and brand colors. JLL’s new suburban Philadelphia office is an active, collaborative and social center that inspires their teams, clients, and visitors.
