Part of the old Hanahman Hospital complex, Race Street Labs is a innovative reuse for a vacant hospital building. Our scope includes both exterior updates, exterior/interior branding, and interior lab planning and fitout design. Comprised of 15 floors (approximately 125k SF), we are working with the client to design both private spec laboratory space on floor 3-15 and amenity space on the ground floors. The goal is to create a hub of innovation and collaboration within the growing life science market in Philadelphia.
