Tucked just inside the northeast corner of Center City Philadelphia, The Block at SoNo is a soulful fusion of modern vision and historic charm. The mixed-use multifamily building, thoughtfully designed by Interface Studio Architects (ISA), sits on a bygone warehouse and parking lot site, now developed as the Southern Northern Liberties neighborhood.

Riffing off the building’s identity, developed by P’unk Avenue, D2’s environmental branding team created an attractive space for young professionals and tenants to flock to, breathing life into the emerging community. The environmental experience elicits the zest of a Philadelphia block party with bold swaths of color, dynamic compositions, and playful unexpected moments.
