D2 helped Redgo reposition and rebrand its office park on Willowbrook Lane in West Chester. The project consists of a 3 building reskin, amenity reconfiguration and complete wayfinding package. Shared amenities in the 300 building include a café and fun outdoor patio space–a great place to unwind at the end of a long work day. Notably since the renovations, the 200 building has become a hotspot for medical office suites in West Chester. The bold design, convenient location, prominent signage and amenity spaces in the adjacent building are all key factors attracting tenants to the corporate park.
