Jeaneane, Emma, and Madeline bring fresh perspectives, strong technical skills, and a shared passion for creating inspiring, functional spaces. Each of them adds unique strengths to our team, and we can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make on our projects and clients. Let’s get to know them!

Jeaneane Mills

Jeaneane joins D2 as an Interior Designer with six years of experience spanning corporate interiors, workplace strategy, and adaptive reuse projects. Her career includes roles at Warren Claytor Architects, Studio Friedman, The Flynn Company, and Brandywine Realty Trust, where she developed expertise in space planning, design development, and creating thoughtful, functional environments.

A registered architect with a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington, Jeaneane brings a unique perspective that blends architectural insight with interior design expertise. Known for her creativity and problem-solving mindset, she believes there’s always an elegant solution to every design challenge.

Outside of work, Jeaneane balances her design career with family life as a proud parent of three. She’s excited to contribute her experience and optimism to D2’s growing interiors team.

I’m excited to explore workplace strategy in a post-pandemic world and connect with clients to understand their brands and culture. D2’s collaborative, cross-disciplinary approach makes it a perfect fit for me.

Emma Veronsky

Emma joins D2 as a Project Designer, bringing a strong foundation in interior design and a passion for creating vibrant, sustainable spaces. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Master’s in Interior Architecture, Emma has honed her skills through both academic and professional experiences.

Emma is passionate about workplace and commercial design, with a special love for color, pattern, and texture. Her commitment to sustainability is reflected in her LEED GA accreditation. Known for her collaborative spirit and keen eye for detail, Emma thrives on bringing creative ideas to life while staying open to new perspectives.

When she’s not designing, Emma enjoys exploring creative outlets and finding inspiration in everyday spaces. She’s excited to grow with D2, pursue her NCIDQ certification, and contribute to projects that make a positive impact.

I’m excited to join D2, a firm that shares my values and fosters a supportive environment. I look forward to growing my skills, collaborating with the team, and achieving my professional goals.

Madeline Meir

Madeline returns to D2 as an Interior Designer after completing a successful internship with the team. A Drexel University graduate with a BS in Interior Design, she brings a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in commercial design. During her time as an Interior Design Co-op at D2, Madeline developed her skills in project collaboration and design execution, and she’s eager to continue growing in her role.

Madeline is passionate about creating thoughtful, functional spaces and values the collaborative process that drives great design. She’s an active member of NEWH-AC, where she connects with industry professionals and stays engaged with the design community. Known for being approachable, adaptable, and a quick learner, Madeline thrives in team environments and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

I’m thrilled to rejoin D2 and work alongside such a talented and supportive team. I look forward to continuing to learn, grow my skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.
