That is what Drive 225 set out to do. After establishing a new headquarters, Morgan Properties expanded its campus vision by transforming a neighboring building into a shared destination for tenants and employees. The result brings high-value features together under one roof, supporting wellness, connection, and everyday culture-building in a space that can flex from daily use to after-hours events.
