Boldly committing to sustainable practices, this innovative building traps carbon in its timber structure, avoiding its emission into the environment.
Large swaths of glass drape the building’s exterior, taking advantage of solar gains while providing a stunning façade. Complimentary features including a textural sunshade brise soleil system, aiding energy efficiency by regulating the amount of direct sunlight and passive heat that enters the building.
Underneath the structure, integrated below grade parking encourages walkability by providing easy access to nearby retail, hotel, and event offerings — deeply connecting the greater community.
