We are happy to welcome Dawn Bergmaier to our team! Dawn comes to us with 6+ years in the industry, all of which have been jam packed with experience – from ground-up, full-service Senior Living design projects to practicing project management in the workplace and multi-family sectors.

Dawn earned her BFA from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and then began her career as a metal smith and bench jeweler. She taught metal classes at Moore College of Art and Design as well as many Philadelphia art centers and went on to own a jewelry production company. Fueled by a desire for change and a life-long passion for interior design, Dawn enrolled at Drexel University where she earned a MS in Interior Architecture and Design. Dawn is passionate about sustainability, has received her LEED, GA and looks forward to getting in-the-field LEED experience with D2.

Dawn is highly organized and shares that she, “…blossoms with boundaries. Program requirements, space limitations, material and finish considerations – I view these restrictions as opportunities to be resourceful and find appropriate and appealing solutions.”

Outside of work Dawn enjoys listening to music and going to concerts, metalwork and jewelry making, hiking outdoors, and playing games with family and friends.
