Epoch Student Living at Huntsville is a 600 bed apartment building located near Sam Houston State University, and is focused on supporting the needs and lifestyle of students. The project consists of a 2-story parking garage below 4 stories of apartments. The apartments themselves include a mix of flats and 2-story units, providing for a variety of experiences. The lower floors house the amenities, including multiple lounges, study spaces, a fitness center, and a pool house. The project is expected to be complete in time for the start of the 2023 school year.
